In an international collaboration among the partners of the ODIN Project, the final preparations for testing the robotic system have begun. The Emergency Department of the UMED Central Clinical Hospital will serve as the experimental field, where the innovative autonomous robotic transport system will be tested. The system utilizes the robotic platform from Robotnik from Valencia, Spain and the IT solutions developed by Scuola Superiore di Sant’Anna in Pisa, Italy. Comprehensive tests are designed and carried out by scientists from the Medical University of Łódź, under the guidance of Prof. Przemysław Kardas from the Department of Family Medicine and Prof. Dariusz Timler from the Department of Emergency Medicine. In the photo, an international team of scientists is seen in the Emergency Department.
